Welcome. Two quick things and your routine is ready.
Your PIN keeps the app tidy on a shared phone. It is not a lock on the information itself, so please treat this phone the way you would treat a letter from your doctor.
Thank you for trusting me with your skin. What you will find here is the routine we agreed on, in the order I would like you to use it, with a short line on why each step is there.
If something stings, runs out, or simply does not suit you, write it down next to that step. Keep it to yourself if you like. Tap Send and it opens WhatsApp so you can pass it to me. Both are fine.
Look after the small things at home, and I will see you at your next visit.
One practical thing. Everything you tick and write lives on this phone and nowhere else, which is how it stays private. Every now and then, scroll to the bottom and tap Save a copy of everything. If you ever change phones, that one file brings it all back.
With care,
Dr Stef
It takes ten seconds, and then Home Care opens like any other app on your phone. It also works when you have no signal.
Everything you have already ticked and written stays exactly where it is.
Close the app completely and open it again. That fixes it almost every time.
If it keeps happening, tell Dr Stef so she can have it fixed. The message below is technical only. It says nothing about you or your skin, and you can read it before you send it.
Dr Stef does not watch this app. If any of these are happening, do not write a note. Phone the clinic straight away.
After hours, if you cannot reach us, go to your nearest emergency room. Do not wait for a reply here.
